Procedure:

Upon receipt of your request, we will contact you to finalize the date, time, and location. Clear communication is essential; please ensure that the primary contact person’s details and a secondary contact number are provided.

Terms and Conditions:

• Bookings: All workshops must be reserved at least 2 weeks in advance.

• Group Size: A minimum group of 5 participants is required per workshop.

• Age Requirement: The minimum age for participants is 12 years.

• Facilities: The client is responsible for organizing the location and ensuring a stable power supply.

• Location Stability: Once the station is set up on-site, the presentation area is considered fixed. Any additional requests to move equipment to other areas risk an unpreparedness fine.

• Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 1 week in advance, or 50% of the fee will be forfeited. We will provide a full refund if schedules cannot be aligned.

• Equipment Damage: While equipment is protected during the workshop, the client will be held liable for any damage or replacement parts exceeding R500.
